About Our Story
From the beginning of their marriage and ministry, this mission statement has been the aim of their union together. With a heart to teach, pastor, develop, and equip, Carmen & Nicholas carry a heart to simply see marriages healed. Now focusing predominantly in marriage ministry, they spend the majority of their time working with couples to see broken marriages restored. They do this through communication tools, healthy conflict skills, healing past trauma wounds in each spouse, and working with Jesus to restore and redeem what Jesus intended the fullness of marriage to be.
Even though Carmen & Nicholas grew up in very different environments and households, both of their hearts connected with God in very special ways. Throughout each of their journeys, God began to form unique skills and passions, that eleven years after meeting, realized were a perfect fit. Today, Nicholas & Carmen love to meld the tools and skillsets they’ve learned throughout their journey, and together, serve marriages wanting more than what they may be currently experiencing.
They currently serve their region in several areas such women's ministry, men's ministry, inner-healing, and divorce care. They love to spend time with their two boys and little girl.
About Nicholas
Nicholas felt called to ministry at 16 years old. Since then, he’s gone on to serve in ministry for almost 20 years and has served in full time ministry for 16 of those years. His heart is to equip non-believers to step into an encounter with the living God, to know he is real and authentic and who he says he is. Nicholas seeks to equip the body of Christ with the tools necessary to walk out the fullness of the destiny God has placed over every life, finding success in walking through healthy conflict, and the knowledge to stand firm in your identity as a son or daughter of King Jesus.

About Carmen
Bringing Kingdom restoration body, soul, and spirit.
Carmen holds a pastoral call on her life. Her bent has always been to see and hear peoples’ hearts in order to understand their perspective and to know where they are coming from. She has come to find that it’s not just about understanding someone’s perspective or story, it’s also about seeing who they were made to be all along so that they can be reminded of all they were made to be. She is passionate about seeing people around her grab hold of and fully live out all that they were made to be in the fullness of who Father God says that they are.
Through her journey, she has understood that it takes an incredible amount of bravery and courage to face one’s pain and brokenness in order to let go of unhealthy belief systems and lies that hold a person trapped in powerless mentalities. As she says best, "To walk through one’s own pain and reverse unhealthy ways of thinking and believing, one needs to have a taste of the freedom that we were all made to live from. It is this taste of freedom that I love to partner with Jesus to be able to release to the world around me."
Carmen is a walking encounter with the freedom Jesus paid for on the cross! Through different inner healing tools she has learned over the years, her greatest joy is connecting someone to experience God in the way He truly is so that they can start to step into the freedom that was theirs all along.
